Following your initial reservation request, we will immediately inform you about availability and hold the selected accommodation for you during the next five working days when we will expect you to copy us the wire transfer order to one of our bank accounts of the full amount of the requested booking. Payment can also be made by cheque.

Upon receipt of your remittance, we will e-mail you the definitive confirmation of your booking.

The discount sale proceeds are not refundable under any circumstances or pretexts. However, any date change which you may wish to make will be carried out at no additional cost to you during the 12-month period following the date of the booking confirmation.
